Objective: | Waterproofing of concrete water tanks at the Carlton University, STEM Complex.
The concrete surface was cleaned using 35 MPa (5,000 psi) high-pressure water, and leveled with Gem-Plast TC. The corner coves were formed using Fibre-Patch OV and reinforced with a strip Reinforcing Fabric HD and Cem-Kote Flex ST. Drying shrinkage cracks were treated using Cem-Kote Flex ST, with Reinforcing Fabric HD. Cem-Kote Flex ST waterproofing was spray and brush applied to achieve a pinhole free continuous membrane to assure a long-term performance. Please contact Gemite for further information |
