Gem-Seal UE WB

One component, moisture cure urethane sealer with a very high resistance to chemicals, including aircraft hydraulic fluid (Skydrol), gasoline, oils and other solvents. It outperforms 2-component urethane sealers

Gem-Seal EP WB

Waterborne epoxy sealer that acts as a Vapor Retarder over fresh concrete to allow an early application of non-breathable epoxy or polyurethane coatings. Applied in two coats it is an excellent protective sealer for fresh concrete that also provides better cleanability.
